Sports Performance and Rehabilitation
Our aim at Alchemy is to keep you moving! We develop individualized treatment plans to recover from whatever ache, pain or injury that brought you into us! We will provide these treatment plans with the goal of getting to the root cause of the problem and then strategizing ways to keep you moving as you recover. If you are motivated to get better, we are motivated to help you!
If you are not injured, but are interested in injury prevention, we have you covered there as well! Our providers will perform a thorough examination, indicate any “problem” areas, and provide a plan to keep you on the move. Check out our 3 step process below!

Our 3 Step Process:
MOBILIZE
During your sports performance assessment, our specialized providers will perform a thorough examination of your injury with the aim of getting to the ROOT CAUSE of the problem. For example: Foot injury? Might be coming from weakness in the hips. Shoulder injury? Maybe your neck is stiff. Once determined, we’ll use our manual therapy skills and prescribe corrective exercises to mobilize the restricted joints and soft tissues to restore strength and reduce pain.
OPTIMIZE
During this phase, we will evaluate functional movements such as squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing and pulling and determine any less-than-optimal movement patterns. With the foundation restored from step 1, we can now optimize these movement patterns while returning you to your activities.
REVITALIZE
Breathe new life into your movement! During this phase we will work towards loading and strengthening your newly optimized movement patterns most specific to your activities. TOGETHER we will develop a long term injury prevention solution to keep you out of pain and moving joyfully.
